OUR FAMILY
The history of our family holds within its storylines the breath of the Mediterranean and the special encounters which this long history has actually brought. Our grandmother Marina Paoli, a farmer's daughter from Trento, must have felt, as often only women do, how our destiny is rooted in Chianti.
Certified quality
Believing in organic farming, Clantenova employs a cultivation method that only allows the use of natural substances without any use of chemical synthesis substances. Our priority is the development of a production model that avoids the excessive exploitation of natural resources within the framework of a sustainable agriculture. We also seek to obtain products of high quality which improve the health of consumers. Another aim of ours is to bring to light and unfold the entire historical, cultural, ecological and landscaped heritage.
