A family run camper park in Cabo de Gata

Camper Park Olivares is located at the foot of the mountain in a small town called Los Albaricoques, surrounded by olive trees, almond trees and pitacos. It is a little off the tourist trail, so not as busy as some of the other camping areas in Spain, though still enjoys picturesque scenery and calm surroundings. The staff are really friendly and the area is great – there is plenty to do and you can enjoy some wonderful day trips with this spot as your base camp. The local village is where they filmed The Good, The Bad, and the Ugly, and For a Few Dollars more. The filming spots are marked out in the village, and you can cycle to the church along the track.
