It's also easy to reach the city center by bike and it doesn't take much longer than the bus! The site is very relaxed, green, and the perfect starting point for your holidays.

Make sure to visit the Cidade de Cultura, Santiagos response to 'Bilbos' Guggenheim museum. This cultural oasis definitely is over dimensioned and lacks some soul but makes for some nice pictures if you are a modern architecture adept. Stroll around this strange building complex and even ON its sweeping roofs!
