The pitches are suitable for tents, caravans, and motorhomes. The entire site is well maintained, and one of the first things you’ll notice is how green it feels.
Camping Janse
Trees, hedges and flowers provide privacy and help create a relaxed environment that feels far removed from the larger holiday parks often found along the coast.
Families with children will find plenty things to keep young campers entertained. There is a larger playground near the front of the campsite and another smaller playground with a sandy groud at the back. On rainy days, children can head to the JansjeZolder recreation room, where they’ll find table football, table tennis, books, games, craft tables, and a TV corner. During summer holidays, the campsite also organizes children’s activities.
Camping Janse
The sanitary facilities are one of Camping Janse’s strongest points. The sanitary building is modern, clean, and well equipped with toilets, wash cabins, baby facilities, children’s sinks, dishwashing stations, laundry machines, a dryer, and even a microwave. Guests frequently praise the cleanliness of both the toilets and showers, even during the busiest weeks of summer.
Camping Janse
Motorhome travellers will appreciate the dedicated service area where fresh water can be refilled and both grey water and chemical toilets can be emptied. Free Wi-Fi is available throughout the campsite, and there is a convenient bus stop directly outside the entrance for exploring Zeeland without moving your vehicle.
Camping Janse
A nice touch is the amount of local information available. Both the reception area and the sanitary building contain brochures, maps, and tips for exploring Zeeland, from cycling routes and nature reserves to local events and seasonal activities.

Fresh bread rolls for breakfast are available right next door at Bij Bastiaan, where you can also grab coffee and fresh orange juice before heading to the beach. It’s a simple but very welcome convenience that quickly becomes part of the daily routine.

Be Advised
Camping Janse is a typical Dutch campsite, with paid showers (€0.50 per use) and relatively limited reception opening hours, so it’s worth checking the latest information before arrival. Dogs are not allowed on the campsite. Booking well in advance is highly recommended, especially during the summer season.
You will be ready for your next outdoor stay. With our famous freecamping map of Europe and map of Toll fees in each country. Plus a free eBook to learn about camping and work-life balance.
