Camping Zumaia lies conveniently near the town of Zumaia, province of Biscay, Spain. The campsite is located on a green hill. A nice bike trail along the river takes you into town (only 10 minutes) with ample bars and restaurants around the harbour.

The main highlight of this campsite is the close location to the famous ‘Geoparkea', an 8 km stretch along the coast with Flysch cliffs and rocky beaches.

This remarkable ‘geological must see' is best visible at low tide, so check with reception for the tide timetable. You can walk the cliffs (when weather permits) for a bird-eyes view!

We loved the absolute incredible location! The 'Geoparkea' National Park is at your footstep! Zumaia town within walking or cycling distance - it has a nice vibe.
Upon arrival the location of the campsite does not look very inviting (industrial area). Driving up the hill shows the green surroundings and rewards you with a perfect spot for exploring this beautiful area.
