Newly opened restaurant
Grinto's restaurant re-proposes traditional local dishes in a contemporary key, particularly linking Piedmont to Sicily. Two traditions with a strong impact that have enriched Italian cuisine with world-famous products and dishes.

The restaurant area is environmentally sustainable by:
– Use of alternative energy sources (photovoltaic system) for the air conditioning.
– The building has been built and furnished with criteria aimed at energy saving ( coatings, ceiling insulation, etc) and the recyclability of materials.
– Promotion of local cuisine and typical local products: massive use of “km. 0” and organic products.
Torino – vibrant city at the foot of the Alps
Genuine little pearl
Most people simply ignore the city and drive south for the beaches or north on the way home but Torino is a genuine little pearl. It's one of Italy’s most northerly cities, almost on the border with France and Switzerland and at the foot of the Alp mountains. It is a vibrant, dynamic city and one of the most important industrial hubs of Italy. Torino is the birthplace of Fiat and Lancia, Lavazza coffee, Grissinis, Juventus football and other famous Italian brands.

Great place for strolls
Torino is also a very pleasing city to stroll around. Big parks, nice trails for walking and cycling and the river Po is always near, kayak and canoe are very popular here.
Culturally there are many interesting museums, the world famous Duomo with the ‘Turin shroud’. There is the Mole, once the highest tower, now a film museum. The numerous arcades and galleries with shops, coffee bars and restaurants add to the atmosphere.
