In the heart of the campsite, there’s a charming open-air café and reception in one, beautifully lit at night.

The sanitary facilities are kept very clean, has also laundry and dishwashing area, all located at the back of the campsite. There’s also a camper cleaning area equipped with everything you need. Picnic spots, hammocks, and some sunbeds are available under the trees right by the river for your comfort.

You’ll also find friendly domestic animals roaming around—chickens, small dogs, cats, geese, and ducks—making it a delightful place for children.

The campsite is run by the Halili family, a very friendly and welcoming group who take pride in their place and will always do their best to meet your wishes. The waters of the Drin River are wonderfully clear and incredible blu and perfect for a refreshing swim.

A small grocery store and a good bakery are just a short walk from the campsite.

Shkodra is the cultural center of northern Albania and the gateway to the Albanian Alps. It is one of the oldest cities in the country, with a history dating back thousands of years.

The city’s main tourist attraction is the majestic Rozafa Castle, originally built in the 4th or 3rd century BC. It is perched on a hill overlooking the city and the Drin River.

The second most visited site is the amazing “Ura e Mesit” bridge from the 18th century, an important symbol of ancient civilization and a cultural monument of great historical value.
Another must-see is the Lead Mosque (Xhamia e Plumbit), a beautifully restored historical site, officially designated as a Cultural Monument of Albania.

And don’t forget Lake Shkodra and Drin River, with their lush green shores, crystal-clear water, and rich wildlife. At 285 km, the Drin River is the longest river in Albania and also flows through Kosovo and North Macedonia.
