Small and quiet campground belonging to the winery Saksida Estate in Zalošče. Surrounded by nature and vineyards, sitting just above the Vipava River valley, this camp offers spots for camper vans and tents. All the plots are equipped with an electrical power supply. Saksida Estate holds an ECO CAMPING certificate testifying to its eco-friendliness and quality. Saksida Estate is conveniently located just one hour from Slovenia’s capital Ljubljana, about 30 minutes from Trieste, and an hour-and-a-half from Venice.

This camping spot is nestled directly in the middle of the vineyards, so the surroundings are picturesque and there are great views in all directions!

This is a gorgeous spot that is becoming more popular with campers, so if you fancy a night or two here, especially during the peak seasons, it is worth getting in touch and reserving your spot.

There are some fabulous treats to enjoy here, including a small pool to cool down during summer

The owners of this winery are obviously experts in their field, and have also given a lot of attention to the area for campers to stay. The facilities are lovely, and it is an extra treat to be able to sample the wine and enjoy some delicious food to go with it!

There are a few trees in the camping area so it might be possible to find some shade here, though it can get quite hot during the summer! Luckily, the spots have plenty of space for you to extend your awning and relax.
