The South Moravian Palava region is a biospheric reserve under UNESCO and Lednice is the center of not just wine culture but also a rich history. The Lednice-Valtice Cultural Landscape is truly a sight to behold. Between the 17th and 20th centuries, the ruling dukes of Liechtenstein transformed their domains in southern Moravia into a striking landscape, which still retains many historical sights.
