Parking space with an amazing view of the glacier
Amazing place, quiet during the night but a bit busy during the day as people come to see the glacier. The sound of waterfalls, pure nature and the view of the glacier from your motorhome is unforgettable. There are a number of picnic benches at the roundabout where you can have refreshments and enjoy the view of the glacier.
Near the parking lot is the Norwegian Glacier Museum with a large panoramic screen showing a documentary about the glacier. There is an outdoor exhibition “Educational Playground” where they have sculptures of mammoth family statues.
