This campsite has just two level, gravel spots set aside for campervans and mobile homes. Above these two spots is a gorgeous, tiered green field, with 10 additional spots for tents. During the winter months, this field is given over to alpacas, who are charming neighbours to have if you come with your campervan!

There is also a herd of goats in the adjoining field – food for these cheeky guys can be purchased for just a pound in the Activities Room on site.

Since this is a small site, everything you need is within just a few steps of your front door. The showers and toilets have character and are kept immaculately clean. There are fire pits to rent with all the necessary kindling and logs.

The Activities Room has some camping gear to help you out if you’ve forgotten anything, plus a few toys and tools to enjoy a day on the beach such as body boards and fishing nets. There are also communal fridges for campers' use, a sink for washing up, and plenty of information about the surrounding area, walks to do, and day trips to make.

Two cosy Shepherd's Huts are also available for glampers, complete with kitchenettes double beds, wood burners and a private en-suite shower room with flushing loo.

Towels, bedding and wood are included. Each Shepherd's hut has a private hot tub which is heated on arrival. The huts and the area around the huts is strictly adults only!

Conveniently, this base is roughly a mile from the A39, with Villages, beaches, resturants and shops a short drive away. Options like the Tarka Trail and coastal path are within easy reach and Bideford is only five miles away.
