On the road from Granada to Seville, on a small hilltop lies the great baroque city of Osuna. This whitewashed city is famous for its collection of churches, monasteries and palaces and was extensively used as a filmset for the ‘Games of Thrones’ series.

The municipality provides a quiet, free, and brand-new parking area next to the local supermarket with a bakery for fresh bread and croissants in the morning.

It makes for a nice bike ride or a 40 min walk into the town center to explore this fine Spanish town with baroque balconied facades and patios, and an abundance of monuments.

There is also a must-see museum for GOT fans!
