There is a lovely walk along the river into the village and just a few minutes along the river is the impressive, historic viaduct. This massive structure is a tourism highlight of the area and to be able to walk to it from the campsite is a real treat.

It is so huge, it takes your breath away to stand under it!
If you follow the walking trail up into the village, you can also stand on top of this giant structure. You obviously get fantastic views of the river winding through the countryside, and the village built on the river bank.

The village is also worth a visit and since it is constructed on the hillside, it also gives a great view if you walk up to the church. In the village is a boulangerie for your bread and pastry needs, and a small convenience shop for any emergency groceries you may need. There is a slightly larger supermarket within a few minutes drive of the camp spot.

Even in the low season, this campsite has everything you need to comfortably enjoy your stay. Electricity is available on every pitch, the toilets, showers, and sinks are open with use of your member card, and there is an empty/filling station for mobile homes.

In addition to the regular sinks and taps, rain water is also collected here as an additional water supply and there is a well-organised composting system for organic waste. From some of the camper spots, you have a view of the river from your back doors.

Everything is here that you need to relax and enjoy your holiday
Each spot is clearly marked and separated by neat and tidy hedges, so you can really move into your own space. There is a small playground for children and there is a swimming complex nearby. In the high season, there are high ropes close to the viaduct so the whole family can explore the treetops and navigate the river via zip wire!
