The pitches at this campsite are incredibly spacious

Camping Les Pins
Some are flatter than others, but you will usually get to choose where you prefer to stand, depending how busy it is. There is also a selection of pitches in terms of service – you can have just a pitch, a spot with electric, or a spot with electric, water, and dumping. Each varies in price of course, and the prices also fluctuate according to the season.
In the very centre of the campsite is the service building. The toilets and showers are kept incredibly clean. Around the sides of the building are sinks for washing dishes, and at the back are the additional service rooms for chemical toilet emptying and laundry.

There is a playground just outside the service area and the reception is then next to this. The reception has a small shop with essential groceries (like ice cream and beer) and occasionally a food truck pulls up on site in the evenings. A bread service is also available from reception each day, which you have to order the evening before.

Camping Les Pins
If you walk up the hill through the campsite and out of the very top gate, you enter the lovely village. There is quite a lot going on here, considering the small size, and it feels very friendly.

Most importantly, the baker is here!

There are also a couple of restaurants and ice cream parlours if you don’t feel like cooking during your stay. A small supermarket can also be found, which is also open on Sunday mornings.

Camping Les Pins
Of course, the main feature of staying at Les Pins is the close proximity to the incredibly lake. It is roughly 100 metres through the trees until you end up on the beach. Here, you can simply gaze at the view for hours, and if you get too warm you can dip in and appreciate the azure waters. You can also hire SUP boards and kayaks to further explore Lac Sainte Croix.
