Camping Solar is part of an agricultural farm, which breeds Hereford cattle, and it is immediately adjacent to a seasonal grazing area and forest. It is found in the midst of some incredible national parks and is close to the German border. There are just a few spots available here, so it will never be a crowded camping area, meaning you can fully enjoy the peace and quiet of the rural location and let go of all of your everyday stresses. You get a little discount on the nightly fee the longer you stay, so the temptation to stay a while here is definitely strong! Directly from the farm are connections to bike paths, so if you've got your bicycles with you this is a great choice for a few nights.
The owners of this farm are so welcoming and friendly, they are dedicated to ensuring that all campers have a fantastic experience on this spot. You can also buy the produce, which is such a treat! If you do not fancy cooking during your stay, there are a couple of restaurants within just 1km of the farm – an easy walk or bike ride away.
