Upon arrival, you'll notice a large house where the owners live, adding a homely touch to the campsite. There are also several glamping tents available and a few pitches for campers.

There are enough showers and toilets to ensure privacy for everyone, which is a significant plus for those seeking a more relaxed, uncrowded experience. In our case, we even had a private bathroom and toilet designated just for us, adding a level of comfort not always found in campsites.

The parking space at Camping Gole Alcantara is quite limited, so it can be a bit challenging during peak seasons. However, if you visit during the off-season, you’ll find ample room for parking without any issues. We recommend contacting the owners in advance to check availability. The lady running the campsite is very nice and helpful.
