The campsite works with an automated check-in system. After making your reservation online, the numberplate identification system allows you entry at the barrier.

There is a wide choice of pitches; hardstanding, fully serviced, for campervans or seasonal pitches. Reception is friendly and professional, get a map of the site here. Sanitary blocks are modern and well equipped, with music in the shower area!

There is a good service area for charging/discharging water and chemical toilet (in separate shed). There is also a small playground and even an indoor playroom for the kids and adjacent laundry facilities.
Balloch city centre is about 10min walking with a good number of cafés and restaurants

Boat jetty for tours on Lake Lomond and train to the city of Glasgow leave from here. The tourist office has maps of Glasgow and helps you with all information.

Glasgow University – The Cloisters
Glasgow is a modern hub with an exquisite Transport museum near the riverfront and a traditional beautiful University, free to explore. Try to see the botanical gardens and the glasshouses with the fern collection.
