Shore Caravan Site is located near the small town of Lochinver on the west coast of Scotland, and is prone to ‘diverse’ weather conditions, basically ‘4 seasons in one day’!

There is a reception block with a small shop and bar on site, but due to the remote location we advise that you come with enough supplies! Fish and chips are available in the shop next to the reception.

Shore Caravan Site only has open field pitches, and they are all non-marked. You will be advised which area to park in but, you are free to pick your own pitch. The campsite does not allow anyone not staying onsite to use their facilities or to do dump and fill.

The beach is absolutely the main attraction and is situated right beside the caravan site

It has safe, clean waters for a range of activities – swimming, snorkeling, kayaking, and sailing. There are no rentals available so you need to bring your own gear. The beach has had a “Clean Beach Award” since 2000 and in recent years has been a prime spot for watching the dolphins, porpoises and whales that come into the bay.
