This campsite is surrounded by miles and miles of evergreen forest and is close to the fresh spring-fed lake Arasjön. Vildmarkscamping is Sweden's southernmost wilderness camping, far away from stores, banks (6 km), houses (2 km), and other signs of civilisation. It is situated in a beautiful forest with two miles of virgin shoreline where you can wander freely, swim, or fish. The campground is divided into three camps, which are connected by paths through the forest. Be prepared to slow down and enjoy the simple life – there is no running water here but you can pump your own!
