Complete quiet and dark nights in the middle of the forest

At the end of a lane through the forest, you will find this camper park. It is so secluded and so quiet at night, you are guaranteed an amazing night sleep here. The spots for campers are clearly marked and very spacious, so no matter how big your mobile home may be you’ll have space to spread out here. It is so close to a lovely forest but the parking area itself is well laid out with all the basic facilities you need.

This is popular with fishermen, who are often there early to have a full day of fishing! There is so much forest surrounding this camper spot and there are clearly marked trails that you can take if you fancy a hike – one just a kilometer or so, the longest being 5km.

You can spend the whole day walking through the trees, enjoying nature. The trails have many informative signs all along them, so you can read all about the different trees and plants found here. There are also some impressive wood carvings to discover along the trails.

There is electricity and water here, and an area to empty and fill your campervan.

A simple toilet is provided on the camping spot and other public toilets an be found just a short walk around the lake.

While we were staying there (November 23) a sign was erected stating that new, modern toilets were going to be built in the area in the near future, so sanitary facilities are guaranteed to improve!

Beautiful spot, lovely forest

We liked this spot so much that after a week away we came back to it for a few nights! It can't be beaten for peace and quiet - we were there in the low season so we are not sure how busy it might get at other times of the year. We had a fantastic time foraging for mushrooms here too, we had many dinners from this forest!

Though the spot does have WiFi, the WiFi always failed to find an internet connection during our stay at this spot. We think it is just too secluded to have internet! So while it is not a lie that it has WiFi, there isn’t any internet 🙂
